Description
Heat treatable steel with excellent creep properties. Steel offer a satisfactory long term high temperature resistance and good resistance to scale are preferably used up to a service temperature of approx. 600oC.
Applications
Components featuring elevated high temperature strength for use in thermal engines and power plants, such as turbine blades. Screws, nuts, fittings and other components in turbine and boiler construction, turbine blades, chemical industry, reactor engineering.

Hot forming temperature: 1100-850oC, slow cooling in furnace or in thermoinsulating material.
