Surface conditions: scaled (hot working finish)/ground/rough machining/fine machining/based on the customer's requirement
Furnaces for metallurgical processing: electrode arc + LF/VD/VOD/ESR/Vacuum consumable electrode.

High-temperature structural steel: Collectors, water boiler and superheater tubes (530oC).

Soft Annealing
Heat to 680-720oC, cool slowly in furnace.
Hardening
Harden from a temperature of 910-940oC followed by oil or air quenching.
Tempering
Tempering temperature: 650-720oC.
