Treated to Hardness Range

Carburise
1. 840-880oC, salth bath 580-680oC.
2. 840-880oC, air.
3. 840-880oC, case hardening box.

Core Hardening
Temperature: 820-850oC.
Surface Hardening
Temperature: 810-830oC, hot quenching, 810-830oC, oil.
Intermediate Annealing
